That's great, but each of those electrolite mix packets contain 1000mg of sodium (about 43% of recommended daily amount). Essentially, you are trading sugar for salt.

Except fruit has sugar.... Mangoes for an average size has 40g carbs 5g fiber (41g net carbs) with 46 g sugar. That is actually a lot. Could be no added sugar but definitely not zero sugar.
